Something is wrong.

You are not imagining it. And you are not alone.

The System Was Not Built For You

Decade after decade the men and women of this land have placed their trust in a system that has never once returned it. The same parties. The same faces. The same promises. And when the promises fade, as they always do, what remains is more legislation, more compliance, more extraction, and more control dressed up as progress.

These men and women have had every opportunity to change course. On multiple occasions. Over decades. They have not. They will not. Because the system they operate within was not designed to serve you. It was designed to manage you. It serves a globalist agenda. A United Nations agenda. Not your agenda. Not the agenda of the living men and women of this land.

Every election cycle is another three years of the same result with a different face attached to it. You already know this. You have lived it. Your parents lived it. And if nothing changes your children will live it too.

It is time to stop participating in a system that was never built for you and start building something that was. Not in anger. Not in protest. In clarity. In dignity. In the full knowledge of who we truly are and where we are truly going.

Who We Truly Are

At the moment of your birth a name was registered. Not to protect you. Not to celebrate you. To create a fiction in your name without your knowledge and without your consent.

That fiction is a legal construct. Your given name combined with your family name formed a legal entity. A trust. A corporate instrument that the system could contract with, tax, fine, licence, and control. The living man or woman that name was placed upon was never told any of this, was never told this existed. It was never explained at school. It was never disclosed by the government that created it. That silence was not an oversight. It was by design.

Every fine you have ever received was sent to the fiction. Every tax demand. Every licence requirement. Every form that arrived in your letterbox addressed to the name in capital letters. The system cannot reach the living man or woman. It can only reach the fiction. And it has spent decades making sure you never knew the difference.

Here is what they never told you.

You are not the fiction. You are the living sovereign being standing behind it. And in that position, you are not the subject of the system. You are the beneficiary. Parliament and every agency beneath it are the trustees. You are the one they are supposed to serve. That is the relationship that was created. That is the relationship that has been deliberately inverted.

The Ministry of Social Development does not pay you from taxes collected from the public. It pays from the trust created in your name. The resources have always been there. The authority has always been yours. They simply never told you. Because the moment you know, the entire construct changes.

We are not here to fight the fiction. We are here to understand it. To learn how to stand in our true identity as the living sovereign being. To know how to manage the legal construct rather than be managed by it. To step into the position that was always ours. The executor. The beneficiary. The living Crown.

There Are Two Crowns

The first is the corporate Crown. Registered. Commercial. Operating as a private entity with a Legal Entity Identifier and affiliated companies. Parliament and every ministry beneath it are the trustees and fiduciaries of that structure. They are your servants. Every minister, every agency, every department answers to you in law. Not the other way around. They are the trustees of a structure built around you, operating in a fiduciary capacity, and every decision they make is supposed to be made in your interest. Ask yourself honestly. Has it been.

They have relied on the fact that you did not know this. In their courts, in their correspondence, in every interaction they have presumed your consent. Silence treated as agreement. Ignorance treated as compliance. And because no one told you the rules of the game, you played it on their terms without ever knowing you had a choice.

The second is the living Crown. That is you. Every living man and woman standing in their natural state carries the highest authority on this land. It comes not from any Parliament. Not from any court. Not from any institution. It comes from ALMIGHTY GOD and the living essence of all creation. When you stand in your natural state you are standing in natural law. You are your own state in being. They can only reach you through your consent.

You were never told this. Now you know.

The Law We Truly Stand In

We do not stand in statute. We do not stand in legislation written by those who serve the corporate fiction.

We stand in natural law. The inherent authority of every living man and woman that exists before any Parliament, before any corporation, before any introduced system.

Alongside natural law stands Tikanga. The living customary law of the Tangata Whenua, of the hapū, of the people of this land since the beginning. Tikanga is not introduced law. It is not common law. It is natural law expressed through the culture and the memory of this land. It has always been here. It has never left.

All sovereign people of New Zealand, Māori and non-Māori, stand on that same foundation. Different paths. One land. One truth and this is our home.

What We Are Building

The Living Sovereign Research Association is not a political party. We will never ask you to vote for us. We are a community of living men and women who have had enough of the noise, enough of the division, enough of the system that takes and takes and gives nothing real in return.

New Zealand has a constitutional crisis. The Constitution Act 1986 is a corporate instrument. It was not written for the living people of this land. It was written for the fiction. It serves the fiction. And it has been used against the living men and women of this land ever since.

We know what needs to be done. And we are doing it.

A new constitutional foundation will be established by the living people of this land for the living people of this land. Grounded in divine law and natural law. Not statute. Not corporate instrument. Not the agenda of any international body. A foundation that places the wellbeing of the living people, the land, the air, and the water above every other consideration. Without exception.

Twenty four National Stewards will oversee every ministry and agency of this land. Holding them to account. Returning them to their true and only function. Service to the living people.

Seven Regional Stewards in every region will oversee local councils. Those councils will be returned to their true function as borough councils. Their corporate status removed. Their political affiliations removed. Their obligations to international bodies removed. Serving the living people of their area and nothing else.

Hapū and regions will operate autonomously and in alignment together. Not directed from Wellington. Not managed by corporate interests. Self-determining. Grounded in natural law and tikanga. The living expression of this land governing itself as it always should have.

We will build food independence. The finest food in the world is grown on this land. It will feed the people of this land first.

We will build water independence. Clean water is not a commodity. It is a birthright of every living man and woman of this land.

We will build energy independence. New Zealand sits on some of the highest quality oil reserves in the world. Already tapped. Already proven. Belonging to the living people of this land. That wealth will be returned to where it always belonged.

We believe no international company or foreign entity shall hold more than forty nine percent of any company operating on this land. A minimum of fifty one percent belongs to the living men and women of New Zealand. This land and its resources belong to those who live on it, who work it, who raise their children on it, and who will be buried in it. That is not protectionism. That is sovereignty.

We have a plan. We know what to do. And as this community grows so does our capacity to do it. Every step will be taken in the open. Every decision recorded. Every member kept informed. Nothing hidden. Nothing presumed. Full transparency to the living people this community serves.

You have carried this long enough.

You have watched the same cycle repeat for decades. You have felt the weight of a system that was never designed to lighten it. You have known in your bones that something is deeply wrong and you have been right every single time.

We are asking you to stand with living men and women who have had enough. Who know who they are. Who are done participating in a system that was never built for them and are ready to build something that was.

No more division. No more noise. No more three-year cycles of nothing. No more mandates. No more legislation written against the very people it claims to serve.
