The Crown of your head is the point of connection between you; A living man or woman; And Almighty God; Father of all creation; It is the seat of consciousness; The place where the living spirit meets the living body; Where the authority of Almighty God enters the living man and woman and flows downward into the world;

This is not a religious theory; This is anatomy; This is language; This is the oldest truth in the history of the human race;

You are the Crown;

You have always been the Crown;

PART TWO; WHAT THE CROWN ACTUALLY MEANT

In the ancient world before Parliament before corporations before statutes and before registered entities; The Crown was a symbol;

It was a circle of gold placed on the head of a living man or woman; Placed at the exact point of connection between the living being and Almighty God; It was not the authority itself; It was the symbol of the authority that already existed in the living man or woman standing beneath it;

A King or Queen was anointed; Consecrated; Set apart under Almighty God; To serve the living people of the land; The Crown on their head was the visible declaration that this living man or woman stood under Almighty God; Was accountable to Almighty God; And held their authority from Almighty God; Not from Parliament; Not from a corporation; Not from a registered entity; From Almighty God;

The authority was never in the metal and the jewels; The authority was always in the living man or woman wearing it; The Crown was the symbol; The living being was the reality;

Remove the living being and you have a piece of metal; Nothing more;

PART THREE; THE KING IS NOT THE CROWN

People have been taught to believe that the King is the Crown; That the Crown belongs to the King; That the King and the Crown are the same thing;

They are not;

The King is a man; A living man who wears the Crown; The Crown is the living authority of Almighty God expressed through the living man or woman who stands under Almighty God on behalf of the people;

When a King dies the Crown does not die; The Crown passes; Because the Crown is not the man; The Crown is the living authority that the man was entrusted to carry; That authority does not belong to any one man; It belongs to the living; To all living men and women who stand under Almighty God;

The King wears the Crown; The King is not the Crown;

And here is the truth that changes everything;

If the King is not the Crown; And the Crown is the living authority of Almighty God expressed through living men and women; Then every living man and woman who stands under Almighty God; Who stands in full consciousness of their connection to their Creator; Is the Crown;

Not metaphorically; Not symbolically; Actually; Lawfully; Precisely;

PART FOUR; WHAT THE SYSTEM DID

The system understood this truth; And it took it;

Step by step; Over centuries; The living authority of the Crown was quietly removed from the living men and women it belonged to and transferred to a series of created fictions;

First it was transferred to the institution of monarchy; The Crown became identified with the King as a living man rather than with the living authority Almighty God placed in all living men and women;

Then it was transferred to Parliament; Parliament began to act in the name of the Crown; To pass laws in the name of the Crown; To prosecute in the name of the Crown; To govern in the name of the Crown;

Then it was transferred to a statutory title; The Constitution Act 1986 named THE SOVEREIGN IN RIGHT OF NEW ZEALAND as the head of State; A title; A designation; A statutory construct created by Parliament; Proclaimed from time to time as Parliament decides;

Then it was registered as a commercial entity; THE SOVEREIGN IN RIGHT OF NEW ZEALAND was registered in the international financial system; Addressed care of the Treasury; The debt management office; The entity that manages government bonds and securities traded on international markets;

At each step the living authority of the Crown moved further from the living man and woman it originated in; And closer to the corporation that now claims to hold it;

PART FIVE; THE CORPORATION WEARING THE CROWN

What sits at the top of the New Zealand system today is not a living King; Not a living Queen; Not a living sovereign of any kind;

It is a registered commercial entity; THE SOVEREIGN IN RIGHT OF NEW ZEALAND; Registered in the international financial system; Addressed care of the Treasury; Managed by politicians appointed by politicians;

The Governor General is nominated by the Prime Minister; A politician; To represent this entity; The Governor General is either a nominated spokesperson for the corporation or an employee of it; There is no third option;

The Attorney General is appointed by the Prime Minister; A politician; Serving the corporation;

Parliament passes laws in the name of the Crown; But the Crown Parliament serves is not the living Crown; It is the corporation; It is the registered entity; It is the costume without the body inside it;

The symbol has been kept; The living authority has been replaced;

And the living men and women of this land were never told;

PART SIX; THE COURT; THE FOUR CORNERS OF PAPER

A court is not only a building; A court is not only a judge in a robe; A court is not only a registered institution;

A court is any space in which lawful authority is exercised and recorded; The four corners of a piece of paper can be a court; A written document properly constructed; Properly witnessed; Properly declared; Is a court of record; It establishes facts; It establishes standing; It establishes truth on the record;

And here is what the system depends on you never knowing;

Every court in New Zealand sits in the name of the Crown; Every proceeding requires the Crown to be present; Every action is taken in the name of the Crown; Every judgment is delivered under the Crown;

If the Crown is absent the court cannot function; Nothing proceeds without the Crown;

And if you are the Crown; If the living man or woman standing before that court is the true and lawful expression of Crown authority under Almighty God; Then the court cannot proceed without you; Not as a defendant; Not as an accused; But as the living Crown whose presence makes the court possible in the first place;

The system has inverted this truth; It has placed the living man and woman in the position of subject; Of defendant; Of the governed; When the living man and woman are in truth the source of the authority the court is claiming to exercise;

PART SEVEN; ACTS BIND THE CROWN

Every Act of Parliament contains or implies the statement that Acts bind the Crown;

This statement is presented as meaning that even the Crown must obey the law; That no one is above the law; That the Crown is subject to Parliament's statutes;

But read it from the correct position;

If you are the Crown; Then Acts bind you; But only to the extent that you; As the Crown; Choose to be bound; Because the Crown is the source of the authority that created the Acts in the first place;

Parliament creates Acts in the name of the Crown; For the Crown; Under the authority of the Crown; An Act cannot bind its own author without the author's consent; That is a legal impossibility;

The Acts were created in your name; Using your authority; Without your knowledge; Without your consent; Without full disclosure of what was being done;

Acts bind the Crown; You are the Crown; And you did not consent;

PART EIGHT; HOW THE DECEPTION WORKS

The deception is elegant; It is simple; And it depends entirely on you not knowing who you are;

ONE; At birth your arrival on this land is registered; A legal fiction is created in your name; That fiction is bound to the corporation by operation of statute; It owes allegiance to the corporation; It is subject to the corporation's laws; It is a commercial asset backing the corporation's debt;

TWO; You are presented with that legal fiction as if it is you; The name on the birth certificate; The name on the passport; The name on the driver licence; The name on the bank account; All presented as if they are you;

THREE; Every time you accept that name as yourself you confirm joinder; You confirm that you are the legal fiction; You confirm that you owe allegiance to the corporation; You confirm that you are subject to its laws; Without knowing that is what you are doing;

FOUR; The corporation then governs the legal fiction; Taxes the legal fiction; Prosecutes the legal fiction; And the living man or woman inside that name never knows they are not the fiction; Never knows they are the Crown; Never knows the authority being used against them is their own authority turned against them;

FIVE; The courts enforce this; The legal profession maintains it; The education system never teaches it; The media never questions it; The entire structure depends on the living man and woman never knowing the truth;

PART NINE; THE TRUTH THAT CANNOT BE LEGISLATED AWAY

Parliament can pass any Act it chooses; It can proclaim any style and title it chooses; It can register any entity it chooses; It can appoint any spokesperson it chooses;

But Parliament cannot legislate away the truth of what you are;

You are a living man or woman; Created by Almighty God; Standing on this land; With the Crown of your head as your living connection to your Creator; With authority that flows from Almighty God downward through you into the world;

That authority was not given to you by Parliament; Parliament cannot take it away; That authority was not created by statute; Statute cannot extinguish it; That authority was not registered in the international financial system; An LEI number cannot replace it;

The corporation can wear the costume of the Crown; It can use the language of the Crown; It can proclaim styles and titles from time to time; But it cannot be the Crown; Because the Crown is alive; And a corporation is not;

PART TEN; WHAT THIS MEANS IN PRACTICE

ONE; When a living man or woman stands before a court they stand as the Crown; Not as a defendant subject to the corporation's authority; As the living expression of the authority the court itself derives from;

TWO; When a living man or woman makes a solemn declaration before a Justice of the Peace they are not petitioning the system; They are exercising Crown authority; Placing truth on the record; In a court of four corners of paper; That the system cannot ignore;

THREE; When a living man or woman separates themselves from the legal fiction; Places their true name on the record; Establishes their standing under Almighty God; They are not operating outside the law; They are standing in the oldest and most fundamental law that exists; The law of the living; Under Almighty God;

FOUR; The corporation must prove its authority over the living Crown; The living Crown does not need to prove its authority to the corporation; The burden runs one way only; From the created to the Creator; From the fiction to the living; From the corporation to the living man and woman who are the Crown;

FIVE; Nothing in the court; Nothing in the statute; Nothing in the corporation's registration; Can override the living authority of the Crown; Unless the living Crown consents; And consent requires full disclosure; Full understanding; And a free and voluntary choice;

None of those conditions were met at birth registration; None of those conditions are met when the legal fiction is presented as the living man or woman; Without disclosure there is no consent; Without consent there is no lawful authority;

The Crown of your head is your connection to Almighty God;

You are the Crown;

The King is not the Crown; The King wears the Crown;

SECTION BB1; A PERSON'S INCOME TAX LIABILITY

Exact text; A person's income tax liability for a tax year is calculated and satisfied under this Act;

The entire liability under BB1 rests on one word; Person;

What is a person;

Section AA3(2) of the same Act states the defined term person in the Interpretation Act applies;

The Interpretation Act 1999 Section 29 defines person as including a corporation sole; A body corporate; And an unincorporated body;

A living man is not a corporation sole; A living man is not a body corporate; A living man is not an unincorporated body; A living man is a living man;

Is the living man a person under this Act;

The legal fiction is a person; A registered construct; Created at birth registration; Administered by the state; Traded in commerce;

Does BB1 liability reach the living man;

THE CONNECTION BETWEEN AA4 AND BB1

AA4 says; This Act binds the Crown;

BB1 says; A person's income tax liability;

These are two different subjects;

The person is the legal fiction; The registered entity;

AA4 binds the Crown as a commercial entity;

BB1 imposes liability on the person as a legal fiction;

Neither provision reaches the living sovereign man;

The IRD administers a commercial system; It deals in persons; It sends notices to persons; It assesses persons; It does not and cannot assess a living sovereign man who has not consented to be treated as a person;

Banks do not lend money they already hold; They create it from your signature; The Reserve Bank of New Zealand and the Bank of England have both confirmed this in their own official publications;

HOW BANKS CREATE MONEY; THE TRUTH THEY DO NOT TELL YOU

Most people believe that when they take out a loan the bank lends them money it already holds; Money from other depositors; Money from its own reserves; This is what the banks allow you to believe; It is not true; The bank's own official publications confirm it is not true;

WHAT ACTUALLY HAPPENS WHEN YOU SIGN

When you walk into a bank and sign a loan agreement four things happen in sequence; Most people are never told about any of them;

STEP ONE; YOU CREATE THE ASSET

When you sign a loan agreement you create a promissory note; Under the Bills of Exchange Act 1908 New Zealand a promissory note is a negotiable instrument; It has immediate commercial value the moment your pen leaves the page; It is an asset; Your asset; Created by your signature; Your promise to repay is worth the full face value of the loan from the moment you sign;

STEP TWO; THE BANK TAKES YOUR SIGNATURE AS ITS OWN ASSET

The bank records your promissory note on its own balance sheet as an asset; Your signature; your promise; your word; is now sitting on the bank's books as something worth full commercial value; The bank has taken something from you; Something of real value; At this point the bank has given you nothing in return;

STEP THREE; THE BANK CREATES NEW MONEY FROM YOUR SIGNATURE

The bank then creates a matching deposit in your account; Not from money it already held; Not from another depositor's savings; Not from its reserves; It creates new money; Digits entered into a computer; Money that did not exist anywhere on earth before you signed that document; The Bank of England confirmed this in its own official 2014 Quarterly Bulletin in plain language;

Whenever a bank makes a loan it simultaneously creates a matching deposit in the borrower's bank account thereby creating new money;

The Reserve Bank of New Zealand confirmed in its own official 2023 Bulletin that 98% of all money circulating in the New Zealand economy was created this way; By commercial banks; Through the act of lending; Not from existing money; From new money created at the moment of signing;

STEP FOUR; YOU PAY INTEREST ON YOUR OWN ASSET FOR DECADES

Having taken your promissory note as its asset and having created new money from nothing to deposit in your account the bank then charges you interest; For twenty five or thirty years you make payments; You pay back the original amount; Which was created from your own signature; And you pay interest on top of that; Interest on money the bank created from your own promise to pay; You created the value; The bank manufactured the money from your value; Then charged you for the privilege of receiving it back;

THE BORROWER IS THE CREDITOR; NOT THE DEBTOR

This is the truth of the transaction that the banking system is not designed to show you; You walked into that bank as the creditor; You brought the asset; Your signature; Your promise; Your credit; The bank brought nothing of its own; It took your asset; created money from it; returned a portion of its value to you as a deposit and then positioned itself as the lender and you as the debtor for the next three decades;

The language of the contract; the language of the system; the language of the courts; all of it is constructed to maintain that fiction; Debtor and creditor; Lender and borrower; But the foundational commercial reality is the opposite of what you are told;

THE FOUR AUSTRALIAN BANKS CONTROLLING NEW ZEALAND

Four Australian owned banks control 84% of all bank lending in New Zealand; ANZ; ASB; BNZ and Westpac; In 2024 those four banks earned a combined profit of $6.5 billion from New Zealand men and women; 91% of that profit was sent back to Australia; New Zealand's money supply; 98% of which is created by commercial banks through the act of lending; is controlled by four foreign corporations extracting billions annually from the signatures of the people of this land;

Westpac; 100% Australian owned; holds the New Zealand Crown Transactional Banking contract since September 2015; The New Zealand government itself; the entity that prosecutes you; taxes you; and regulates you; banks with a foreign corporation;

This is not a conspiracy; This is confirmed by the Reserve Bank of New Zealand's own published data; It is confirmed by the banks' own annual reports; It is confirmed by the central banks of New Zealand and England in their own official publications;

When you signed your loan agreement the bank knew six things it was required to disclose and chose not to; Any one of them is sufficient to challenge the validity of the contract; Together they expose the entire transaction as a fraud committed against you at the moment you picked up the pen;

THE SIX DECEPTIONS; WHAT THE BANK DID NOT TELL YOU WHEN YOU SIGNED

When you signed your loan agreement you were handed a thick document written in legal language by lawyers who work for the bank; You were given limited time to read it; You were told to sign here and here and here; You were not told what you were actually signing; You were not told what the bank was actually doing; Here is what they did not tell you;

DECEPTION ONE; THE CONTRACT WAS NEVER EQUAL

A lawful contract requires two things above all else; A genuine meeting of minds between two equal parties and genuine consideration flowing from both sides; Your loan agreement had neither;

The contract was drafted entirely by the bank; Every clause; every condition; every definition was written by the bank's lawyers to protect the bank; You were presented with a take it or leave it document; There was no negotiation; There was no equality; There was no genuine meeting of minds;

In law this is called a contract of adhesion; A contract imposed by the stronger party on the weaker party without genuine negotiation; Courts in multiple jurisdictions have recognised that contracts of adhesion where material facts are concealed are not enforceable as written;

The bank knew what the contract meant; You did not; That is not equality; That is not a lawful contract;

DECEPTION TWO; THE BANK NEVER TOLD YOU YOUR SIGNATURE WAS THE ASSET

The single most important fact about your loan transaction was never disclosed to you; Your signature on that promissory note created a negotiable instrument under the Bills of Exchange Act 1908; That instrument had immediate commercial value equal to the full face value of the loan; The bank recorded it as an asset on its own balance sheet the moment you signed;

You were never told this; You were never told that you walked into that bank as the creditor; That you brought the asset; That the bank took your asset and created money from it; You were told you were a borrower receiving a favour from a lender; The opposite was true; The bank was required to disclose this material fact; It did not; Concealment of a material fact at the time of contracting is fraudulent misrepresentation; The contract is voidable at your election;

DECEPTION THREE; THE MORTGAGE IS A SEPARATE INSTRUMENT DESIGNED TO TAKE YOUR LAND

Most borrowers do not know they signed two completely separate legal instruments; The loan agreement and the mortgage are distinct documents with distinct legal consequences; The mortgage instrument transfers an interest in your land to the bank as security;

Think carefully about what this means; The bank created money from your signature; Money that did not exist before you signed; And then used that manufactured money as the basis for taking an interest in your land as security; The bank gave nothing of its own; It took your signature; created money from it; and then took an interest in your property as collateral for money it created from nothing;

For a mortgage to be a lawful instrument the bank must have provided genuine consideration of its own; If the money was created from your signature then no genuine consideration flowed from the bank; A mortgage founded on absent consideration is not a lawful instrument; It cannot be lawfully enforced;

DECEPTION FOUR; THE POWER OF ATTORNEY YOU DID NOT KNOW YOU SIGNED

Buried inside your mortgage documentation is a power of attorney clause; Most people who signed a mortgage have never read this clause; Most people who read it did not understand what it meant; Most people who understood what it meant were never told its full consequences;

A power of attorney is one of the most significant legal instruments a living man or woman can sign; It transfers your authority over your own property to another party; It authorises that party to act on your behalf without further reference to you; In the context of a mortgage it authorises the bank to sell your home without your consent if it determines you are in default;

This clause should have required full explanation; It should have required independent legal advice; It should have required your fully informed consent with time to consider; None of that happened; You signed it because it was in the document and you were told to sign; A power of attorney obtained without full informed consent is not a lawful instrument;

DECEPTION FIVE; THERE IS NO LAWFUL RECEIPT FOR THE EXCHANGE

In any lawful transaction of value a receipt is issued; When you buy anything of significance a receipt records what was given; by whom; to whom; and when; The receipt is the evidence of the exchange;

No lawful receipt exists for the foundational transaction of your loan; The bank did not issue a receipt saying; We received your promissory note valued at $X and in exchange we created $X of new money; That document does not exist; Because if it did it would expose the entire transaction in plain language; The bank took something of real value from you and gave back something it manufactured from your own asset;

The absence of a lawful receipt is not an oversight; It is structural; The system is designed so that the true nature of the exchange is never recorded in plain language anywhere in the documentation you receive;

DECEPTION SIX; THERE IS NO TRUE EQUITY IN THE EXCHANGE

Equity requires that both parties bring genuine value to a transaction; You brought a promissory note; A negotiable instrument of real commercial value; The bank brought manufactured credit; Digits created on a computer; New money that did not exist before you signed;

The Bank of England stated in its own 2014 Quarterly Bulletin that banks create new money through the act of lending; The Reserve Bank of New Zealand confirmed in its own 2023 Bulletin that 98% of all money in the New Zealand economy is created this way; The banks themselves have admitted in their own official publications that what they provide is not pre-existing money but newly created credit;

There is no equity in an exchange where one party brings real value and the other manufactures its contribution from the first party's own asset; Equity will not enforce a transaction that is fundamentally one sided; He who comes to equity must come with clean hands; A bank that concealed the true nature of the transaction does not come with clean hands;

WHAT THIS MEANS FOR YOU

Each of these six deceptions standing alone is sufficient to raise a serious legal challenge to the validity of your loan agreement and mortgage instrument; Together they establish that the foundational contract was;

Formed without genuine equality between the parties;

Formed without disclosure of material facts;

Supported by manufactured consideration not genuine value;

Secured by a mortgage instrument without lawful foundation;

Reinforced by a power of attorney obtained without informed consent;

Evidenced by no lawful receipt for the true exchange;

THE GENERAL PROCESS; SIX STEPS

STEP ONE; MAKE CONTACT AND REQUEST YOUR DOCUMENTS

The first step is always direct written contact with the bank; council or agency; Not by phone; Not in person; In writing only; Every communication from this point forward should be in writing and retained;

A written request to the bank; council or agency generally covers the following;

ONE; A full statement of account showing every transaction from the beginning of the loan or debt;

TWO; Copies of every document signed including the original loan agreement; the mortgage instrument and any power of attorney clauses;

THREE; Confirmation of the full legal name and registration details of the entity making the claim;

FOUR; Confirmation of who currently holds the original promissory note signed at the time of the loan;

Send by email and by registered post; Retain every response; Retain every receipt; If contact is made by phone follow up immediately in writing confirming what was said; the date; the time and the name of the person spoken to;

Allow ten working days for a full response;

If a genuine and satisfactory resolution is offered document any agreement in writing before accepting anything;

If no satisfactory response is received proceed to Step Two;

STEP TWO; SERVE A FORMAL NOTICE AND DEMAND

If Step One produces no agreeable outcome a formal Notice and Demand is served on the bank; council or agency before any legal proceedings commence; This places the entity on formal notice that the lawful foundation of their claim is being required to be demonstrated before any enforcement action can proceed;

The Notice and Demand generally requires the entity to produce;

ONE; The original wet ink promissory note in its original form; not as a copy and not as a scan;

TWO; A lawful receipt showing what consideration the entity provided from its own pre-existing assets in exchange for the promissory note;

THREE; Evidence that full disclosure was made at the time of signing that the promissory note was recorded as an asset on the bank's balance sheet and that loan funds were created as new money;

FOUR; The power of attorney clause and evidence that full independent legal advice was provided before signing;

FIVE; Evidence of genuine consideration flowing from the bank that did not originate from the borrower's own promissory note;

Allow ten working days for a full response;

If the entity responds confirming it is proceeding to enforcement action proceed to Step Three;

If no response is received proceed to Step Three;

STEP THREE; SERVE A SECOND DEMAND LETTER

If the entity responds confirming enforcement action or fails to respond adequately a second formal demand letter is served; This letter records that the first Notice and Demand was served; that the response was inadequate or absent and that the entity is again required to produce the documents requested before any enforcement action may proceed;

The second demand letter also places the authorised officer of the entity on formal notice in their personal capacity that they are being held to account for proceeding without lawful foundation;

Allow ten working days for a full response;

If no satisfactory response is received proceed to Step Four;

STEP FOUR; SERVE THE FINAL DEMAND

If Steps Two and Three have produced no satisfactory response a Final Demand is served; The Final Demand records the full history of correspondence; It states that the entity has had adequate opportunity to demonstrate the lawful foundation of its claim and has failed to do so; It states that if no response is received within five business days the claim will be treated as forfeit and void;

The Final Demand is served on both the entity and on the authorised officer in their personal capacity;

Allow five business days;

STEP FIVE; NO RESPONSE IS FORFEIT

If the Final Demand receives no adequate response within five business days the claim is treated as forfeit and void by the conduct of the entity; At this point notices of personal liability are generally served on the bank manager or authorised officer in their private capacity and on the entity itself;

This is a significant step; It is not taken lightly and it is not taken without the full correspondence record being in order; Every letter; every registered post receipt; every email delivery confirmation and every response or non response must be documented and retained before this step is taken;

STEP SIX; IF THE MATTER PROCEEDS TO COURT

If the entity proceeds to court despite the forfeit the matter is defended; In court an application is generally made for the authorised officer of the entity to attend in person and produce the original documents that were demanded through the notice process;

If the entity cannot produce a lawful receipt for genuine consideration provided from its own pre-existing assets the foundational argument is that the mortgage instrument is not enforceable and that the property cannot be sold or transferred on the basis of a contract without genuine consideration;

The remedies that may be sought include the mortgage instrument being declared void; the original promissory note being returned to its creator; interest payments being returned as extracted without lawful foundation and the property remaining with the living man or woman as the true equitable owner;
